Focus on the picture in your mind of the body soap that you get that can hang off of the neck of your shower... and that is pretty much what the neckline of this dress is like. It hangs, of course, more gracefully than your melon shower gel, and it is decadent... like that damn piece of cheesecake that you now have to run for six hours to burn off.
